How Does It Work?
We’ll set up your clients on all of our WordPress management tools and processes. We will bill you a flat monthly rate depending on the number of sites we manage for you. This amount is auto-paid each month, and you then bill your client whatever you want so you make a fair margin.
We’ll handle all of the routine stuff hands-free so you never have to worry about it. When client requests come in, the client can either work directly with us, or you can communicate the requests and we’ll do the work.
Prices are set in tiers. The more clients we manage for you, the larger your price break will be, each client can have their own package which would be added to the billing rate each month. We can also work out a bulk deal if you have a relatively large amount of clients you need us to manage.

WordPress software upgrades are applied weekly, so websites never get out of date.
Plugin Updates
WordPress plugins are updated weekly, so websites always have the most secure releases.
Offsite Backups
Backups are taken once a week and stored off site in a secure cloud location.
Security Monitoring
A WordPress firewall is applied and configured to thwart attackers and break-ins.
Uptime Monitoring
If a site goes down, we’ll know in less than 5 minutes so we can intervene.
Weekly Testing
Sites are tested visually each week, to ensure they’re working correctly to the eye.
Performance
Caching, compression, and database cleansing are applied weekly to keep sites fast.
Proactive Crawling
Software-based crawls are done once a month to identify and fix errors over time.
Basic Maintenance
Each site supported includes up to one hour of basic content updates
