One of our goals with Louisville Web Nerds from the start was to set aside a portion of our profits to be able to help people and families in need.
In 2018, we were able to begin this practice as our business started to grow. We gave a total of $441.45 to several different causes, including:
- A local family in need of funding for a sick parent
- A local family in need of funding for surgery
- Tornado and hurricane victims in the Midwest and Southern United States
- A local family whose father tragically passed
In 2019, our business grew and we were able to give a total of $851 to several different causes, many of them local in the Louisville, KY area.

Our goal moving forward into 2020 is to donate at least $1,000 to causes such as these each year, eventually increasing to $1,500 and beyond as our profits allow.
Additionally, we provide generous discounts on all of our web services to local non-profits, who do a lot of good in the Louisville, KY area and its surrounding communities.
