If you’ve already got a website, don’t need our WordPress Hosting, and aren’t quite ready for our Monthly Support packages, we can always help you with your WordPress website on a project-oriented basis.
Rates vary widely by the project for this time of arrangement but are typically far less than you’d find at even a small agency, so just send us a message through our contact page and we’ll let you know if we can help. To give you an idea of what you might spend, our hourly rate is $100.
Note: We do not offer troubleshooting or critical error fixes on an hourly basis. These projects tend to be time-sensitive and require intimate knowledge of a website. Since our first priority is to our loyal support clients, these types of issues will need to be solved within an existing monthly support package only. If you would still like our help solving your issue, you can sign up for a package, and we’ll bill our standard hourly rate for the initial error and troubleshooting project.
